1. Prices and services
Tentative prices of accommodation and other incidental services are quoted in the information materials of the provider of the accommodation (web pages, leaflets etc.). The binding price for the customer is quoted in the accommodation voucher (hereinafter referred as „voucher“). The volume of contractually agreed services and the prices stated in the voucher is binding. The provider of accommodation is entitled in the cases, which are out of his influence, to change agreed terms and conditions of the stay of the client.
2. Cancelation of the accommodation done by the customer
The customer is entitled to cancel booking whenever before arrival. Cancelation of the accommodation requires written e-mail sent to an e-mail address: email@example.com. In case of disputes, the customer has to prove dispatching of such an e-mail. For determination of time of cancelation of the accommodation is time of dispatching cancelation e-mail.
The cancelation fees are as follows:
- Till 24 hours before arrival day, it is possible to cancel or change reservation of accommodation free of charge.
- In case of cancelation within 24 hours before arrival day, or in case of no-show, we will charge the price of first night of the clients accommodation
For the groups of more than 10 persons, we settle individual cancelation fees, which results from the „Binding reservation“, which is the integral part of the reservation and which is confirmed by both the provider of the accommodation and the customer before the acceptance of the reservation.
Provider of the accommodation will not charge above quoted cancelation fees, if the customer could not use booked services due to these reasons: death in the family, hospitalization of the customer, or member of his family in the hospital, serious illnes, call-up, natural disaster. This issues has to be proven by the customer by written certificate sent to the provider of the accommodation within 3 days from emerging of such issue.
This terms and condition are integral part of the reservation of the accommodation and of the voucher.
